Describe your project

The more precise the request, the more useful the first visit. Here is what is worth preparing before you write to us.

What it helps to prepare

Nothing is compulsory: each item saves time on the day of the visit.

  1. The location

The approximate dimensions: width, height, depth, and the ceiling height for a staircase.
  2. Photos

Two or three views of the site, from the front and from the side, with what surrounds the piece.
  3. The use

What the piece must store, carry or close, and who will use it every day.
  4. The wood and the finish

A wood, a tone or an existing piece of furniture to match: an idea is enough.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a plan before the first visit?

No. A freehand sketch and a few measurements are enough: the plan is drawn after the visit, from the measurements taken on site.

Can a piece be matched to existing furniture?

Yes. The wood, the tone and the finish are chosen from samples, next to the piece to match.

Which wood should I choose?

It depends on the use: a hard wood for a staircase or a worktop, a pale wood to brighten a room, a dark wood for a piece of furniture you want to show off.

How do I look after an oiled wooden piece?

Regular dusting and, from time to time, a coat of maintenance oil: the technique is shown on the day of installation.

Area covered
